Bronze mixed with brown is one of my favourite eye makeup looks! It is quite easy to achieve and it also compliments my skin tone. It’s Fall so the deeper lip colours are an absolute must, so that’s what i went for to complete the look.
Perfect for a Friday night out on the town, with your outfit of choice, how smashing? You’ll be the talk of the night.
How to achieve this look
Make sure the face is cleansed and primed, before applying your products.
I start off by filling in my eyebrows, for this i used the Rimmel London eyebrow pencil in dark brown, then the Mac prolong wear concealer in NC45 to tidy up and neater the brows, i also used my spooley (brow Bush) to ensure that the hairs are in place.
For the eyes, i primed the lids with Urban decay primer potion (The best in my opinion), then applied the chocolate brown from the Wet N Wild vanity palette into my crease, this acts as my transition colour, meaning it will make the other shadows that i applied blend more smoothly and seamlessly. My brow bone was slightly highlighted as well with the biege shade from the Wet n Wild vanity palette. I’ve also smudged my black eyeliner from L’oreal on my bottom lash line to give it a smoked out effect. Blending is our friend when it comes to makeup!
The lid colour is whim from Stila’s ‘In the moment’ palette. These flirty lashes are from De Prettilicious.
I kept the face pretty simple by applying the Nars velvet matte foundation. I highlighted with the LA girls pro concealer and contoured with Sleeks contour kit in medium. Then to set everything in place, i used Mac’s Mineralise skin finish powder in deep dark, this is an essential step especially for oily skin.
This gorgeous deep purple liquid lipstick is Possessed Plum from Maybelline. It is meant to have a matte finish but it somehow doesn’t.
That’s it my Friday look is complete! Thank you for stopping by, have a wonderful weekend.
