There’s something about deeper shades of lipsticks and eyeshadows on my skin tone that’s really pleasing to me. I decided to do a grungy look and this is what i came up with, in some sense, it’s not as deep as i would’ve wished but i’m quite happy with the results.
They say Fall is the time for darker colours and shades, however we don’t have to be monotonous, there are many ways to spice up our looks and make them a bit more interesting.
Eyes- For the crease, i popped a bit of Nars shadow in Grenadines for my transition shade, to deepen the crease i used unspoken from the Karity Smoke palette and the chocolate brown shade from the Wet n Wild palette Vanity palette. Then for the lid i used Jinx and Yaba also from the Karity palette. I’ve also swept some of the lid colour onto my bottom lash line. My winged liner is a bit more dramatic than usual, for that i used the Elf liquid liner and my friends, this liquid liner is amazing! The lashes are eye candy.
Lips– Which were my favourite part of the entire look. I used Barry M’s lip liner in number 7 to outline my lips and fill them in a bit. Then on top of that i used LA girls matte pigment gloss in Secret.
Face– Nyx stay matte but not flat foundation, LA girls pro concealer in Fawn for highlighting, Ben Nye banana powder to set highlighted areas. For contour, i used the Pro Artist by Style essential bronzer palette. For blush Inglot and to set my makeup in place, Mac mineralise skin finish in dark deep.
Where can a look like this be worn? I’d say it can be worn to parties, some work places, clubbing, out with friends, date night you name it. It’s all in how you wear it and how confident you are to pull it off.
